Short version: Stoq is a free food inventory tracker. Use it to manage your pantry, reduce waste, and save money. No accounts required. Your data stays on your device.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Stoq application ("App") or visiting getstoq.app ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App or Website.

3. Apple Standard End User License Agreement

Your use of Stoq is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at:

These Terms supplement the Apple Standard EULA. In case of conflict, the Apple Standard EULA prevails for matters covered by it.

4. User Accounts

Stoq does not require you to create an account. All your data is stored locally on your device. No registration, email address, or personal information is required to use the App.

5. PRO Subscription

Stoq PRO is an optional paid subscription that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.

Auto-renewal disclosure

Auto-renewing subscriptions (Monthly, Yearly) renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your iTunes Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

Cancellation

You can cancel any subscription anytime in iPhone Settings → tap your name (Apple ID) → Subscriptions → Stoq → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

The Stoq App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by PMFOR Pawel Pasterak and protected by copyright law. The Stoq name and logo are trademarks of PMFOR Pawel Pasterak.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Stoq is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that expiry date information will be accurate. Always check food products yourself before consumption.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PMFOR Pawel Pasterak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Stoq. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland.
